Emission control

Cleaner exhaust for existing & new gensets

Retrofit DPF devices capture particulate matter in the exhaust and use catalysts to burn it off, with efficiency of more than 95%. We are authorised dealers for Vasthi Instruments RECD devices for the NCR region.

Dual-fuel kits let existing diesel gensets run on a 30–70% gas mixture. Gas is delivered through the existing air-intake system, so no change is made to the engine, its firing system or the alternator.

Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF / AdBlue) — a 32.5% urea solution for SCR-equipped engines that converts NOx into harmless nitrogen and water.

ATS panels

Automatic transfer switches monitor the mains and shift the load to the genset in a blackout, then switch back and shut the set down when power returns.

MS tanks & bulk storage

Mild-steel tanks for diesel, water or chemicals — above or underground — plus 15 m / 30 m structures with 50 KL HSD tanks.

Exhaust & SS bellows

Exhaust piping and structures with in-house stainless-steel bellows to absorb vibration and thermal expansion.
